Hello Yogis 🙏

Welcome to day 1 of our 10-day chair yoga for loss series. Today, I will guide you through full-body flexibility, mobility, abs, and side-body workouts. During the 10-day sessions, we will conclude the practice with a gratitude prayer and end with chanting OM.

Engaging in gentle yet powerful movements that stimulate the body helps increase metabolism, aiding in fat loss and body toning.

Un grand merci pour vos cours de yoga sur chaise, qui me font tellement de bien! J'apprécie énormément le fait que vous offrez une deuxième possibilité quand on ne peut atteindre la position du premier mouvement, soit par douleur ou manque de souplesse etc etc

Hi Lee thank you so much for your amazing 10 day chair yoga. My partner and I are 69. He plays golf and I'm recovering from burnout. Your yoga classes have helped both of us. Thank you so much for your channel, love the classes. This is just perfect for me as a senior, besides I became partialy blind for a year now and the imbalance it's bad. I don't want to stop doing my one hour daily workouts, so your classes are perfect for me. I like doing Pilates too and of course some cardio; a variety. I'm glad to find your channel.
