This channel has done more for me in 2 days than several trips to doctors and pain specialist. It seems to me that in most cases chronic pain comes from only a few different issues, barring some rare circumstances, and doctors love to ignore it and dish out pills instead.

Totally works, thank you! I've had horrible neck and upper back pain for a while now. I suspected it was due to poor posture from working with my hands out in front of me all day every day and having a strong chest, arms and front shoulders but weeker back. I believe I need to do more strength training for these muscles and relief to be more permanent, but these exercises provided some immediate relief! Totally works. Give it a try if you're suffering from this pain...
