Wow … that was a super detailed video, it is very clear and so simple, 250 ml of water every hour for 10 hours ( cold or hot / sip it or gulp it ), after 5 pm to 7 pm - sip another 500 ml . 😎👍

Very informative video. At the age of 90 I realise now the big mistake I have been doing. Drinking water only when I feel thirsty. It is never too late.I will follow 2.5 ltr principle as far as I can implement. Thanks.

Very good video doctor. Iam 62 and following 12hrs of IMF slowly reducing weight. In our villages we used to follow this type of fasting that is eating food immediately after coming from school. Elders will eat after evening pooja(at 6pm )in temple . That practice is not there in cities n even forgotten in many villages. Thanks for bringing that one with scientific explanation. 🙏
