Drinking water at certain times of the day can be very beneficial for many health conditions. Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water. The amount of water you need depends on a variety of factors, including the climate you live in, how physically active you are, and whether you're experiencing an illness or have any other health problems.

I am 71 years old and I started drinking over 100 ozs of water a day and more while exercising. I drink room temperature water and only sip water during a meal. My twin had vertigo a month ago after working outside in the heat. I told her she was dehydrated. She was scheduled for a physical a week later and the blood work showed she was dehydrated. A few family members have a-fib and when they d not drink enough water, they go into a-fib.

YES, drinking water has been far too de-emphasized. "Hot water is better than cold." That's so true, from my own personal experience. Doesn't hurt digestion (hot water), unlike cold water after a meal, for me personally. My stomach is very sensitive to temperature when busy digesting. I can drink lots of hot water after a meal and feel fine. Drink lots of cold water after a meal, the result is instant diarrhea.

How does he put out videos EXACTLY regarding your thoughts and issues? I literally started drinking 12 oz of water per hour for 10 hours starting when I wake up, then instead of going straight for coffee I wait about an hour after I'm awake and have the 1st water before my 1st cup of coffee. I have to say in just 48 hours I feel much better than I did before I started this. I make my 1st water with lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of himalayan pink salt and a scoop of electrolyte powder and drink that down. Then I cruise throughout the day with 12 oz of regular water every hour from a glass mason jar, really working so far!

Yeah, Drinking Water right way is the main key for staying hydratet. But also keeping in mind, there is oxidation water (metabolic water), and humidity in the food. Eating the right way is also essential for hydration.

Muslims are instructed to drink water sitting down, and that water to be drunk in an intermittent manner, i.e., with pauses in between. It is just surprising to me to find scientific recommendations that concur with teachings dating back more than a thousand years. Thank you for the content, cheers.
