This 6 Minute Six Pack Abs workout with me, Sydney Cummings will take you through 12 of the best ab defining exercises for 30 seconds each! There are no rests between these exercises, so we will have to push through the burn!

Equipment I use:

Exercise List:

1. Side-to-side crunch
2. Toe touches
3. Leg Raises
4. Leg Raises with hip lift
5. Frog sit-ups
6. Frog sit-up with twist
7. Plank body saw
8. Plank one leg lift
9. Jacknives
10. Bicycles
11. Sit-up with reverse crunch
12. Sit-up with reverse crunch and lift

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, Owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a personal trainer in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

After a 30’ full body workout this is a great burner!! And Sydney is pregnant now, so it’s a great way to do abs workout and discover new abs exercises in the channel!!
