I broke my leg during a figure skating practice, and all the rehabilitation menu didn't really sweat me out until I started doing this routine. I'm already walking without crutches now but I'm still continuing this routine everyday. Thank you so much Tom !

You know how crazy his abs are, when he can crunch ALL THE WAY UP with his feet on the ground. Best abs workouts ever.

Now this is something i can do. I''m confined to a power chair but, i can do these in bed. I an 77 and have put on a lot of weight since being confined to this chair 15 years ago. I am so busy when up ....i am an author an have written over 100 short stories and have published my 13th book recently. ;o)

Tom Daley! How I've missed you so! I went on a fitness journey, packed on some muscle, then went through a series of injuries and illnesses, and fell from grace. But I'm back. Your 6minute ab workout was perfect, the exercises hurt, but your speech and encouragement was a nice distraction from the pain!
