I love that you know your audience. Most people that watch "extreme pro videos", give up because those are too hard, and they came to youtube because they are beginners and need easier stuff. I know because I was one of those people. Haven't given up since training with your videos though. Thank's man. Rough beginner exercises (I cant breathe during some of them haha) but bearable.

Man this Is the best YouTube channel on here for working out. Your at home dumbbell video’s are the best. Not too long ago due to financial reasons I had to give up my gym membership which was hard to do because I love working out.
