When I was younger I didn’t appreciate Yin Yoga. Now that I’m older and have had a lot of sport related injuries I love Yin. I particularly love this class. I did it Friday for the first time and noticed how great my injured shoulders and wrist felt all day. Saturday I lifted weights and my shoulders still felt good so I decided to do this Yin class again today, Sunday. I enjoy a lot of Yin Yoga but this one is moving up to the top my favorite list. Thank you Travis for offering such a wonderful variety of free classes. There’s definitely something for every Yogi to try. and enjoy.

As always, this put me in a yoga trance and helped me identify some inner demons that I am addressing. Sounds strange but in the current environment we live in, I’ve noticed obsessions that I don’t need any more. I let them go during this class. May need to take it again just to put it completely to rest. ❤️🙏❤️ Thank you so much for this class!
