I always come back to your older videos and still do them. Love it man. Much love and support . Also, I really think you should do more recovery based practices, short and long videos . I’ve been focusing on a lot of recover since my job is very strenuous on the body.

I've recently began doing yoga straight out of bed when waking up. I've noticed my lower back pain has improved. I will continue doing so until I'm super flexible
