I've been so depressed and out of shape. These workouts are simply put and I definitely feel like they're working! I need to tone my batwings and my back so badly. Praying this works with consistency.

Definitely one of the best workout videos I’ve seen. I love that you give instruction. I feel like anyone can do a video without them but it takes a real fitness instructor to do the instructions, too!

OMGGGG im on day 5 of doing these and i finally didnt hsve to put my arms down once!! these are BRUTAL days 1-4 but keep pushing through and the benefits will show

starting day: 26 december
DAY 1 → ✅️ I've always enjoyed Lily Sabri's workouts because they help you getting results while doing small exercises each day. After losing weight very quickly I have no muscles in my arms, and I'm especially bothered by my bat wings so I really hope it'll work. Today was kind of hard and I really felt the burn, but not so much so I liked it.

DAY 2 → ✅️ Done it! I feel pretty good about myself and it was a little bit easier than yesterday but I feel like it's effective.

DAY 3 → ✅️ I still felt my triceps burning while I did the exercises but it was way easier than the first two days and I was more used to it. On the other side throughout the day I felt my arms burning when I moved them so I really hope it'll work

DAY 4 → ❌️ I skipped today because I wasn't pretty down

DAY 5 → ✅️ easiest day by far :)

I've been doing this exercise for the past 1, 5 weeks and guess what: my arms are 1 cm slimmer already! Can't believe the results coming this fast! Keep the good work up and you'll get there. Thanks a lot Lilly!

I can’t wait to start these. I think this is the first video I’ve seen where I can do ALL the exercises. Thank you for your upload. This is one challenge I will be happy to take part in. I will do them every day for 40 days and do my best to post results on my page. I have huge batwing arms and I’m too young for that crap so they need to go away!

Good to know: I'm doing IF for the last couple of months, mostly eating healthy, but definitely not all the time.
I have been doing Lilly's workouts in the past, but recently, I've added Lilly's abs, hips/booty and now arms workouts for extra muscle definition & hourglass shape.
I'm usually working out 5 days a week, 4 days of HIIT based training & 1 day of running.

I love how u suggest alternative moves for some of the workouts..
Im handicapped, i cannot lift one of my arms up to certain degrees.. so the modification moves really help me a lot.. thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

UPDATE FROM JULY TO SEPTEMBER - I added Body Combat and Body Barre. I recently lost weight and wasn't able to excercise my arms because I hurt an elbow and wrist on a fall haha My arms started to lose their tightness and now I have a terrible bat wing on each. I'll report my results as a motivational resource. Wish me luck, want to look tight for my SO haha

Right arm: 25 cm (9.84 inches)
Left arm: 25 cm as well!!!

August 3rd
Right arm: 28 cm (11 inches) perhaps it was bloated last week?
Left arm: 27 cm (10 inches)

I don’t think you know how amazing these videos are for me! It took be a while to find out how I workout best and let me tell you your videos are so amazing! They keep me accountable and I am able to workout the full time! I have seen so many changes in my body and though they are small they are there! Thank you so much!!

i just did this exercise after over 1 year of no working out, i feel great! i just noticed i have bat wings for the first time, so depressing! i'm going to stick with this, also eating healthy now, thanks for the motivation!
