I love April and her mom!! I have been doing their HIIT workouts and just now found this "yes2next" workouts! I can't believe how you can see the difference in mom. She is thinner and toner, showing that the exercises work even if you are in your 80's! Keep us motivated!

OMG! Who are you? I just finished 4 different upper body workouts including a HIIT, Arm, and upper body and the 8 minute warm up and guess what? My football muscle memory returned. This is a physical habit now and guess what; more positive, feeling and happiness for me. After 68 years of abuse I know there is a Universe and a God for me. I hope you live goodness and thank you so much, April and Aiko. Now maybe after 3 more months I can travel and visit and enjoy positively again. Thank you and keep moving he he he! Thank you. Wow! I loved you folks and the workout!

First, it was great because your gentle, kind demeanor is so much better than the "drill sergeant" mentality which is all too common. It was almost a meditative experience.

Second, using 2 kg weights, this 73-year-old body felt the workout.

Way to go ladies!

I am doing these with 2 kg (around 4 lbs) weights. It's challenging and I have to pause between movements, but I will get there. I'm 76.
