I just got my Rumblex plus 4D to help with lymphedema. I’m almost 50 and excited to learn the different ways I can use this machine. Will definitely try this exercise.

Can I make a suggestion no music you can’t hear you that well it sounds muffled and far away. Also, can you call out the exercises you were doing for instance, like bicep curls, etc. tricep kickbacks for people who are visually impaired who cannot see you on the screen and have to follow along by just hearing you😊
