Being filled with the Holy Spirit feels like:

Feeing of soft thick electric pulses flowing through you, up and down your arm, also up and down your spine, and tingling on your head: you feel unshakable, filled with authority, certainty, God righteousness, you fee the need to lay hands on people, all love and no fear. When hearing Gods word you feel the truth with certainty, when in church you can feel the presence and absence of the Holy Spirit. If someone is miss reading Gods word you know it.
