This is a cardio 5000 steps in 35 min where you are going to walk and run and melt fat at the same time. This workout is super fun, SWEATY, it gets your heart rate up, BOOSTS YOUR METABOLISM, and gets you strong.
This workout can be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere, all you need is to show up for yourself and I will make sure to keep you motivated.
If you are currently doing an evening workout to burn fat in your sleep, this is the workout you need to replace it with. You will start to see results quite soon and the workout is only 35 minutes!
This workout doesn't necessarily have to be done before bed; it can be done any time of the day, but if you want to get consistent, pick a time that you can consistently workout- for a lot of us that is first thing in the morning or before bedtime.
What I love about evening workouts is that I have a MUCH deeper sleep and I wake up feeling lean and energized!
