Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation session designed to relax the body, and harmonize your chakras so that you can then drift off into a restful sleep.

Yoga Nidra is a process of allowing the body to move into a space of deep sleep while the mind remains awake, conscious, and quiet. Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep, and while distinctly different than meditation, it can include meditation, visualization, and other relaxation techniques, as this session does.

This practice invites us to leave the waking state of existence, move past the dreaming state and enter a space of deep sleep while remaining awake for as long as possible.

In this practice, we will begin with a journey of relaxation, by gently scanning the body to release tension and invite a state of complete relaxation. From there, we will move through your chakras, starting with the grounding earth chakra, moving through the 7 primary chakras in the body, and concluding with the soul star chakra.

Through this process and your intention, each energy center will be nourished and balanced, allowing the free flow of vital life force energy throughout your entire being.

As you surrender to the soothing guidance, you will experience a profound sense of alignment and harmony within. When the session concludes, you will be invited to drift off into a peaceful slumber, knowing that you have harmonized your chakras and set the stage for deep transformation to occur in your life.

So much negativity In the comments. I sleep with headphones and this is perfect for me. It sounds beautiful. Thank you. -edit: tested this with my awful old iPhone 8 phone that’s been dropped in water a few times and it’s still perfect even without headphones. So brush off the curmudgeons because this is perfect. ♥️

It is a great effort to bring to all of us on how to relax reduce tension and get some good sleep. Your balance of chakras enabled me to identify where my problem exists and i will need to focus on it. It appears when i lie flat on the back my ability to breathe gets hindered which is cause of my sleep less ness. Thank you for helping me discover my problem.

I couldn't stay awake it took me too a deep relaxation right away and felt asleep. I don't think I stood awake not even 20 minutes. I was out! Thanks you. Namaste 😂😂😂

I think it depends on what sound system ppl are using but for my old iphone speaker it's fine. I actually prefer loud music so no complaints here! Thanks! Hopefully I'll sleep soon, no doubt- the music choice is great and your voice is soothing😴

I wish I could hear you better. I have the volume on my phone and YouTube turned all the way up. Sigh... will need to try a different recording to help me sleep.
