Min 1: Toe Taps to the Front / Toe Taps to the Back
Min 2: Lateral Toe Taps / Jumping Jacks
Min 3: High Knee Walk in Place / Butt Kicker Jog in Place
Min 4: Floor Touch Squat with Reach up / Plank to Squat with Reach Up
Min 5: Roll Back Stand Up / Pop Squat with Floor Touch and Reach Up
- Rest 10 seconds then repeat with more advanced mods of each move -
Min 6: Hopping Toe Taps to the Front / Hopping Toe Taps to the Back
Min 7: Hopping Lateral Toe Taps / Jumping Jacks
Min 8: High Knee Hop Step in Place / Butt Kicker Jog in Place
Min 9: Floor Touch Squat with Reach up / Plank Jump Fwd to Squat with Reach Up
Min 10: Roll Back Jump Up / Pop Squat with Alternating Floor Touch
