Me and my 7 year old son just did this, 1st time we did yoga together. We loved it. At the end when you said find movements in your hands he reached out to my hand and held it.

I’m currently going through psychiatric drug withdrawals and having a really hard time coping. I’m brand new to yoga but was willing to try anything to make me feel better. This video was the perfect way to get myself out of bed, move a little bit, and get my mind away from feeling so bad. Thank you so much

This session really helped to quiet my mind. I've been working towards finding some semblance of inner peace for months after continuing to struggle with anxiety and depression and not only did this flow remind me that taking thirty-five minutes out of my busy day for my own mental and physical health is important, but also that I am growing much stronger and resilient as a person. I have a lot to be thankful for, and this 35-minute session is just one moment of many. Thank you so much.

I adore Jessica's voice. Her voice is so calming and soothing. This restorative yoga session is my daily practice now. I do the practice before I go to sleep, and it really helps me to let go of the stress of the day. I am caring for someone with Alzheimer's (Pick's Disease) and my days can get really challenging. This yoga session ensures that I "care for the caregiver" and give myself some nurturing love.

your yoga session made me cry, such a release....right from the child pose, yoga is so powerful, it has always been my best friend when life would get overwhelming, stressful or I was going through something major. Your voice is so calming, allowed me to leave the physical space and just go within. Sometimes we are dealing with things and think the coast is clear, we are ok, ready to move on or have healed....we come to a child pose and surrender realizing we haven’t even begun the healing process while emotional pain is moving through every part of our body. People think yoga is just a set of movements that stretch your muscles...what they quickly realize is that yoga is a path for pain to travel through our body to finally get released when we surrender. Thank you

A really lovely session. It's been years since I've done yoga regularly and this was a wonderful reintroduction. If you can convince the birds on your patio to start singing halfway through I highly recommend it, lol.

I can't love this enough. I will be 60 in a couple of weeks, and have been attempting to figure out how I want to live my best years. This was my first experience with restorative yoga, and it was wonderful!

I used to do yoga all the time, daily in fact. I haven't done self-care like this in literal years. I had this moment in pidgeon where I almost burst into tears and the thought came into my mind, This is what you have been denying yourself. You are worth this."
And during shavasana, I was so proud of myself for finally being able to give myself more than 5 minutes of a yoga class. I can't stop crying.

This was absolutely perfect! My therapist has been encouraging me to start a yoga practice since it's extremely effective at treating PTSD/Trauma symptoms, but so many yoga videos, even ones specifically for PTSD, go so fast and I'm focusing so hard on keeping up I never get to actually feel the poses and feel my body completely. Definitely coming back for more, I feel incredibly relaxed and in my body after this. Thank you!

I hv been suffering from overactive bladder/ pelvic floor dysfunction from last 3 years … my physical therapist said to start restore yoga .. Thankyiu so much … ❤️🙂

This was the most relaxing practice, your voice is very soothing. I practice yin yoga almost exclusively because I am an older woman. I so appreciate the quality of yoga available on you tube from such charming and mindful instructors. thanks so much and namaste'

Im gonna be real, ive tried many yoga videos to help me relax and move at home and this is the FIRST video ive followed all the way through. Your voice is sooo relaxing and your pace is amazing for me. No shade to other yoga teachers on YT but they include a lot of affirmations that feeling a little distracting for my own tastes (like i said, no shade if thats your thing!) and your commentary is just so gentle and guiding. Serious props, and thank you!!!
