Thank you for this wonderful class, this is my second time taking it. I love the poses and your quiet instructions. So many yoga instructors here on Youtube are so chatty and energetic, I just can't relax. But your voice helps me soften into the poses and finding stillness within.

I literally screamed "I love this flow" halfway through. This class is everything I look for in a restorative flow. Relaxing, mellow, slow, intentional, delicious. I am especially glad that there was no music apart for savasana. I wish more instructors did that. I can't say enough good things. So glad I found this video!!

I've practiced yoga almost daily for 50 years. Hatha is my favorite because it flows more and i always feel rejuvenated. I'm taking a Vinyasa Restorative Flow class this week so wanted to catch up with the moves and props that might be necessary. Yours was excellent, as I'm not a fan of props. However, for me, this was so relaxing that I'm going to do it before bed from now on. In fact, I'm going back to bed for a nap. Really loved massaging my neck! Well done! 🙏

Thank you so much Jessica! I'm having my period and was very emotionally low before your class. During the movement's stillness, I got to realize some of those low feelings and now I feel more present and nurturing to myself. Love your voice and videos, you are my bliss-pill <3

i've been panicking all day due to the pandemic (it comes in waves, as i'm sure most people understand that) and i needed some me time and a distraction from the world. thank you for this practice. it's brought me so much peace. it will now be my go to when i need to center myself and connect back.

The savasana at the end was one of the most generous things you could offer. And it was so needed. I’m grateful to have been supported right through the end of the practice. It honoured the time, the amazing sequence of restorative, regenerative poses so beautifully. Thank you!

While I am still sleepy, I don’t feel as worn down and fatigued as I did before this practice. I wanted to move, but didn’t have the energy. This practice helped a LOT. Thank you!

Absolutely RESTORATIVE! DID THE WHOLE THING, I'm 6'3 and this session really brought all my practices together, HER FLOW IS GENUINE and easy to adapt to. . Just go at your pace. Pause the video if you need to.
