Hi everyone,

I’m sanjana prasad welcome to yoga and you if you are wondering if it is safe for you to practice yoga during your period it is absolutely safe to do so provided that you are very very comfortable and ready to get into your practice during your period your apana value which helps
with elimination is extremely active and there is a lot of work already happening around your lower abdomen so the goal of your practice is not to challenge and push yourself but to help to release and relax your hips your lower back and your lower abdomen let's get started with today's flow. you can finish your practice with the gentle practice of nadi shodhana which is a balancing pranayama you can also do a cooling pranayama followed by brahmari i really hope you enjoyed today's flow i'll catch you in the next episode I’m sanjana prasad

During periods, can’t move body so fast.. you could have made it a bit slow

Thank you so much i was is so much pain i bearly can even move but tried them..i want relive... didn't stretch as much as you did but a little bit and by the end of this session I'm relieved from cramps

Thank you for this video, can you tell us how to choose the blocks for doing yoga? What is the size of the block? Length×breadth×height in cms or inches. So that we could use them.

I have so much pain in my lower abdominal specially left side.pain going to my Bach and my left leg.I am wording so much.plz help.
Can I do this yoga regular? And during periods also???
