Yoga During Your Moon Cycle - Feel Better Yoga for Menstruation, Cramps, PMS, Bloating. Join Bre for this Moon Cycle Yoga Class that will help you ground, relax, and alleviate pain during menstruation. This gentle yoga class is perfect for anyone experiencing painful cramps, low back pain, irritability, and other symptoms related to their period.

Most of the sequence is restorative and soothing and it doesn’t include inversions which can be disruptive to the natural flow of energy but there are also segments in the sequence to get your heart rate up (do you expect anything less from a class by Bre?!) Of course, if something feels uncomfortable, then skip the pose or modify it to suit you. Whether you’re a trans man, nonbinary, prefer not to identify, or a cis woman, we love and support all of you on your journey so let's settle in for this grounding, relaxing, mindful movement yoga class so we can all feel better together. ❤

I haven't had my period for almost 2 years. But now I've finally reached a point where I feel safe and hey presto, my period was finally back. I celebrated with this flow, which I added to my "I want to try it" yoga playlist during that time for motivation. Thank you for this great flow and the sweet words. (I also ate a lot of plant-based ice cream yesterday 😂❤)

Thank you Bre ❤️🙏 I would love it if you made a few more different sessions for moon cycle days. I find this one perfect for day 1, it would be great to see a couple more for day 2 & 3 when we tend to feel a bit less crampy and could add a little more movement. In any case, I do this practice every month without fail and I'm very grateful that you thought of that 🙏 I recommended it to all my girlfriends, who loved it too ❤️

Just a note: everybody who has a natural cycle can be congratulated. It might be challenging at times but not having a cycle at all is very challenging and saddening

I have been vegan for almost 8 years! I love plant based ice cream. Ben and Jerrys is amazing but I try to get a healthier brand. Van Lewen is incredible too. TraderJoes coffee and boba ice Crean is so yummy... I love you!!!

I'm pretty sure I've commented on this video before but I just can't get enough-this should be part of a school class because I could have used this ever since I started moon cycles when I was really young. Even yoga in general has been a huge discovery for me but especially the knowledge you share here about Moon cycles. 🌒
