Join Bre for this Moon Cycle Yoga Class that will help you ground, relax, and alleviate pain during menstruation. This gentle yoga class is perfect for anyone experiencing painful cramps, low back pain, irritability, and other symptoms related to their period.
Most of the sequence is restorative and soothing and it doesn’t include inversions which can be disruptive to the natural flow of energy but there are also segments in the sequence to get your heart rate up (do you expect anything less from a class by Bre?!) Of course, if something feels uncomfortable, then skip the pose or modify it to suit you. Whether you’re a trans man, nonbinary, prefer not to identify, or a cis woman, we love and support all of you on your journey so let's settle in for this grounding, relaxing, mindful movement yoga class so we can all feel better together. ❤
