This sequence is gentle enough to be practice right before, during or even after your period.
Yoga on your period is a beautiful way to honor yourself during this magical time while offering yourself natural pain relief for menstrual pain and aches. Our periods don't have to be something we dread, and can be seen as a reminder of our strength, sheading and allowing space for new.
So join me on the mat for this 30 minute yoga for your period and PMS to help fill your cup during this time.

I've PCOS since 9 years. Struggled too much to manage it, wasted thousands on medications herbs etc. I have never wondered that my body needs yoga and lifestyle changes. I'm so happy today I don't know how should I thank you Akshaya! Your PCOS yoga series are amazing it helped me a lot. To anyone reading this, please please pray and focus on your diet and make yoga a part of your life. Please don't go to Drs don't waste your money. I'm a victim of this. A question, should I continue the pcos series during periods? Or which one of your yoga should I do during periods?

Hey Akshaya, I'm so thankkful for you and your videos. I have PCOS and I'm suffering from past two years, last month i decided to move my body. I have continously doing your pcos series and I got my period within 2 weeks after starting and I'm doing yoga during periods too by watching this video. I felt so relaxed, soothing and much more active and one more thing I have extreme back pain, by doing yoga I do not feel back pain. I'm so happy and grateful for you! Much Love ❤ ❤ . Hope I will regulate my cycle and get pregnant. Ladies please concentrate on your bodies trust me you will feel healthy, happy and confident. Do practice daily it is going to help a lot. I found this practice very nice for the 2nd day of my period. It made me feel relaxed and energized at the same time. I was looking for something I can do in bed but mostly sitting. And also wanted to do pranayama in the end. And it was it😍 Big thanks to Agnes. You voice is soft and energy is soothing

I thought my body didn't feel pain anymore during that time of the month. I woke up today and didn't feel great doing a strenuous workout so I opted for something slowand relaxing. This is my first time doing yoga and I was surprised I was able to do this fine although I wasn't that flexible, this helped me a lot. Thank you! ❤
