It is a truly INCREDIBLE relief for the PMS and whole body in general. I can't find good words to describe how heavenly I feel right now. So empowered, calmed, focused... My cramps have been the strongest they've been for the past many, many months, and I thought before taking painkillers I would try one of Boho Beautiful yoga flows and... I feel SO much better after this one - the cramps are gone and all my energy came back to me! Thank you SO much!!

Not surprisingly, this has helped me in so many ways on this first day of my period. 💕 Periods can make you feel gross and icky but doing this helped me feel more connected to my body and being a woman and I feel empowered. My 3yr old daughter did it with me.

Truly grateful for this beautiful, calming and relieving practice today. Thank you from my heart Juliana. I experience severe pain and inflammation each month due to Endometriosis, so this sequence was incredibly helpful for preventative care throughout the various stages of my cycle, not just menstruation. I found myself feeling really connected to the grounded female energy that I've been struggling to accept since learning of my illness.

It would be so wonderful to have a Boho Beautiful series specifically dedicated to women, with different sequences designed for each individual phase of the cycle (and tools for tackling the varying emotional states that come with each phase). This is something I've searched for online but have never really found. I will definitely be coming back to this video regularly! Love and hugs xx

The title screen calls this a 30 min miracle and a miracle ti was. this took my to a place that i desperately needed. my hips are so tight during my moon cycle and this practice helped me release all the built up tension. thank you <3

I was up at 1am because my period cramps woke me up and couldn't fall asleep I found this practice and fell in love with it I was able to sleep afterward and my period cramps were at ease!! Thank you so much for all you guys do and your efforts! Namaste 🙏🏻

In this time of the month I am usually filled with loads of negative energy and bad vibes because I am in so much pain and struggling with myself because of my (for now) undiagnosed endometriosis. This video helped me so much reconnecting with my body and giving it the love it deserves. I've been practicing the Moon Cycle Yoga with you since the beginning of this year, and I wanted to share my experience. Initially, I didn’t notice much change during the first couple of months, but as I continued, I began to see significant improvements. My PMS symptoms, especially bloating and cramps, have drastically reduced. Before, I could barely move during my period and often had to curl up in a child’s pose just to ease the discomfort. But now, those issues are almost entirely gone.

I believe my improved diet has played a role, but I’m convinced that practicing yoga has also made a huge difference. Allowing my body to rest, enhancing blood circulation, and easing discomfort through these sessions has truly helped. Thank you, Boho Beautiful, for creating practices that leave me feeling rejuvenated and calm every time.
