Yoga helped my sister. She used to suffer from irregular periods so She started doing 10 min yoga daily in the morning and evening and it worked magically and now she is completely off the medication.

When I am doing yoga consistently (5 to 6 times week 15-20mins) I have seen my period is actually periodic now😅 . Feeling much better also. Even sometimes I can do light yoga on period days. Yoga is really something man. I never went back after staring yoga

I did hatha yoga for 20 min. Daily a year ago I faced no problem in periods and really felt light and nice. Soon I will start doing hatha yoga again! 💌❤️

Any advice on not having a period for 6 months when it’s not a serious medical condition or pregnancy? I Assumed it was because of hormonal imbalance caused by anxiety. I’m vegan and eat very well, I also take good care of my physical health and use natural products. I use holistic and Ayurveda practices daily…
So far, I think grounding with the earth and moving more with yoga would help… any advice or tips would be great!
