I still have to do the hip knee strenghtening week to begin, but I must say that when I had a lot of pain when I was really sick, your excercises helped me so good, I wanna say thanks from the bottom of my heart. I am fully cured and happy again 👍

Thanks! My spouse has cervical radiopaicantspell, and I have looked at different videos but this is the one I'm going to recommend, at least to start. What a wonderful service you provide by sharing! Thank you. Could your posture improvement exercises help reverse osteophytes that have grown around the c4-c5 foramin? The nerve down my left arm has some impingement because of that foraminal narrowing.
