I think you are the best yoga teacher, I always try to download or save and try to do the same, I am doing yoga from last 3 years but you do new in every videos keep it up. I will pray for you that you be always happy. I even saw your video on your past life it was really painful but is there who is the greatest doctor of all.

Definitely useful this warmup. For someone like me who doesn’t have the patience to spend a full 10mins on warm-up, I find doing half squat starting from a chair pose helpful in getting the heart rate up in no time. Usually 5-6 reps counting to 10.

Really most of the injury to muscles is lack of warmup, it’s simply awesome. Really helps in workouts.
