Iv gone so far flabby depressed. Over eating.. I found you on here. Iv done 3 classes now. I love you. Your positivity. I live timer. I'm feeling. Better already.. Thank you. Iv a long way yo go but I'm doing it. I'm got mobility problems and it's great for my spine. Xthank you. I'm doing meditation for stress and depression. Liss of my dad to cancer. Divorce. And loss of my mum 9 weeks ago to covid 19. Boy am I down. But I'm starting to feel my mood is better.

Reading about this exercise or having someone tell you, isn’t very instructive. But to watch someone close to my age do it is really motivating. 💕

I’ve been doing this for a week or so now, and initially I put my arms down 3 times on each of the small circle exercises, but now I can do the whole, 50 seconds without putting my arms down. I find these great and I am feeling stronger - thankyou

I've been very poorly since I had my collision with sc32 tonne cement lorry 13 years ago. I was wheelchair bound until May this year. I have put so much weight on my arms, they're very flabby. So I have watched your video with great enthusiasm, and now I will get started. It will be an enormous challenge but I will give it my all.

Absolutely love your positive energy! And yes, this is so much better than sitting down!!
We all sit way too much and it actually changes our bodies physiology

Thank you so much...have just done the low impact 30 min walking exercise then straight into the arms workout.
I have also been on a 1 and a half walk and I start my day with 200 abs and 7 mins of boxing. I love it and I'm getting back into shorts that were a little tight before plus I have a waist for a change....I love exercisin, it's hard work but when you see results I can't stop. Today I've trained for like 3 1/2 hrs. Go girls...🙋👏❤️

I love this video and plan on doing this at least 3 times a week.
Your videos are so inspiring and your sweet personality is amazing. I’m going to be 59 in just 9 days and love anyway to help with helping our aging bodies. I’m active, love doing my makeup, hair and nails and most importantly, eating well and taking care of my body. I fell so young in my brain and heart.

Awesome! I started watching then finally got up and did it with you. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was glad I could perform all of the exercises without weights! I felt the burn!

Definitely felt the burn in my arms, especially with the small rotations at end. WOW. Always amazed at how many other videos are out there and new ones coming...you're sure not to get bored with these videos. I'm grateful for them!
