This is a pretty intense fat burning full body workout. This will burn heaps of calories if you're trying your best.

Don't worry if you can't do it as fast as I am in this video. If you had a break from working out, then it'll take some time to get used to intense workouts again. I personally had a break and find it hard to keep up with my workouts. This workout was filmed before I left to Japan so I was in better shape at that time as well! I hope you try this workout out and if you can't do any of these exercises, you can replace it with jumping jacks, or high knees, or even jog in place to keep the heart rate up.

I don't care if you take 1 minute breaks between each set. I don't care if you do all the low impact moves. I don't care if you stop midway through and come back later. Just finish the workout.

Can’t believe I did this whole workout by myself honestly I paused it to get a minute break but then told myself if you wanna get rid of this fat and burn calories keep going I’m so proud of myself and whoever else did this workout to.💦❤️

Day:1 =63kg

Day:3=STILL 63kg
Day:4=62 kg
Day:5=62 kg
Day:6=62kg
Day:7=(sorry I forgot to post the results but 2 months have passed and I'm 57 kg so dont stop you can do this!!!

I did this a month ago and it felt suuuuper easy but now after i stopped dieting and excercising, this feels like the hardest workout ever! If any of you guys are in a weight loss project right now, once you achieve your desired weight, don't stop excercising! once you stop, its SO hard to get fit back again and you'll regret it sooner or later :')

Tried this workout today and I was sweating bullets. I just closed my eyes during the hardest part, hoped to finish this workout and I made it!!! But oh my god! That was intense for me. 😂
