I loved this video! I’ve been doing Bodi with a friend and I dread the mental load that comes with constant modification. I needed a break this morning and your video was perfect! I finished the full video with no modifications, but felt like I really had to push to finish many of the moves. It was honestly a joy to do your video. I feel amazing afterward!
I love the progress bar and the count downs. They’re really motivating. I also love that you’ve got music playing to pump it up, and I love that you demonstrate the moves beforehand so I’m not stopping the videos constantly to figure it out. Keep up the amazing content! ❤❤
