Thank You Alyssa. I fell off a 12 ft ladder many years ago, And stretched my hands out to prevent my body from taking the brunt of the ground force. Anatomically, they say my hands are fine But they are not .I've found several hand exercises to give me relief during my work day. At night I apply some cream and wear my Arthritis gloves. I have been told I have severe osteoarthritis in my hands. Your exercises are very helpful. Again, THANKS!

I started doing these exercises three days ago after overdoing some work in my yard several weeks ago. The numbness and pain are practically gone now. I will be careful to not overdo it again and will keep on with the exercises. Thanks for a great video - I'm looking forward to enjoying more time in my yard, which I love (I'm 78).
