for everyone who has fallen behind, whether it be from sickness or losing motivation or being busy or whatever it is - you and me and all of us - we got this. this is your journey and it doesn't have to be at the same pace as anyone else's. we are doing awesome and i salute all of us for sticking to this, no matter where we are in our journey. much love ❤️

I feel like I have had so much personal growth since starting to practice with Adriene - I am so grateful for everything. I feel like I have been given the tools to understand what I deserve and what I am truly capable of. Everything is as it should be - namaste 🙏

I usually never comment, but today's practice was personally extremely hard. I had a big panic attack and everything in me wanted to hide in bed today. Not only did the breathing techniques help during the attack ... somehow I also got myself on the mat. So I am feeling grateful for this community

Day 10 - so awesome. Feeling my hip muscles and connectors softening to new flexibility. It all feels so empowering. Age 63 chronologically but feeling 30

Lately I just feel that the ground is reallly the only thing that provides me support. If it wasn't for yoga practice, I would probably remain shattered.
Thank you Adrienne for providing goodness to the world, there's a big need for it.

I think what’s the most hardest about the 30 day practice isn’t the yoga itself but realizing how many times in life have you stayed committed to something just for you and not tied to anything else and then realizing you actually can do it.. beautiful internal process to experience

Been feeling off trying to fight a cold. My husband helped me get to the mat tonight. He said Adrian says “ you are strong”.
Ahhhh feels good to stretch everything out. Thanks for keeping me moving and helping me push past the blah.

I'm a few days behind in the practice but man at the end when you said 'you rock' I got emotional because I'm staying sober for the month of January and it's been hard but I've made it 15 days - longest streak that I can recall - and I'm so proud of myself. I DO rock :)

One of the things I love about YWA is finding something new in every practice— I’ve been practicing with Adriene every day for the past 8 months, and I still find myself surprised by the variations she uses, and how the practice never goes stale. You’re the best, Adriene!!

Starting with knocking on heaven's door made me so happy! SUCH a yummy practice today, Adriene, thank you!!

Side note: As I was cooking dinner last night, I tucked a lump of butter under some hot mashed potatoes and I thought to myself, "It's like it has it's own private little love cave." The thought made me chuckle and I know only my YWA community would understand why :)

this is my sixth 30day yoga not sure how many days but I feel so good mentally and physically I am 61 and had a lot of pain in my shoulders and lower back from driving so much and computer work, my ankles used to swell and I was starting to get a little puffed at times. All that has gone apart from the odd back pain when I get out of bed. cheers and thank you, Adriene, I also love reading the comments is always a ritual when I finish my practice. 😃

Wow my mind is blown. This is my first time trying yoga n my body is rewarding me for it. I'm ex gang member/convict who main workouts included burpies, pull ups, dips, and squats. I'm including this into my workouts now 😍

Feeling demotivated, frustrated and bored 10 minutes into the practice. Pausing and reading some of these comments got my back on the mat. This is a wonderful community.

I use to put my practice off until the evening.. But for these 10 days an early morning practice is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Dedication to self care before everything else really allows you to handle what comes next. ThnQ Adriene and Benji ❤❤

First practice as an official Master of Science, my thesis defence was yesterday and it went great (thank you to those who wished me luck on my comment yesterday❤️)! This practice helped with all of the “left over” stress and emotions from yesterday... and I can’t believe it’s day 10 already..! Thanks for another great video Adriene!
