I have been doing these 30 days challenges for a while now, but this is the first time I have actually been able to practice everyday. I was hesitant to post this seeing all the wonderful and lifechanging comments here. Until I realised I get to celebrate my small victories too, and I am so proud that I have made it this far!

I am taking the time to Appreciate Adriene, You always thanking us for showing up, so Now I am thanking you for showing up today. You have been here since few years ago and constantly updating us your practice, Last year when I found your channel, I felt clicked instantly.

Since starting yoga, I picked up a lot of goods in my life, better health, clearer mind, peace, being fit, daily exercise and thousands other benefits for my body, mind, and soul. Can't really thank you enough for making this available for us. After awhile Yoga has became not just a chore or "I have to do this" thingy for me, but rather a "I need to do this" addiction, but not quite. I want to do it, it feels good, and my body, my mind, and my soul love it. So I have no trouble taking up yoga like my morning cup of coffee :D even on my worst days I still managed to get at least 5 mins of yoga. It becomes my passion I guess.

Almost 2 years ago, I decided to start doing yoga to lose some weight and feel better. I didn’t have a specific goal in mind. I just knew that I needed to be in better shape and I really didn’t like how I felt in my skin. I started practicing Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. I did yoga every day for 30 days. I started drinking more water, going for walks and eating smaller portions. I never weighed myself and still don’t. I felt like giving up and did not finish every practice, but I didn’t quit. After the 30 days, I kept going. I do yoga every day; some days are easy, some are difficult. I enjoy this practice because Adrienne will tell you to listen to your body and find what feels good. If you can’t go all the way today, then go half way and that’s okay! Slowly I began to feel better. I started noticing I could walk and breathe better. I could chase around a kid and not feel like my legs were going to fall off. And yesterday, I bought a pair of pants in a size medium! I think the last time I was in a size medium was middle school. I’m not trying to be a certain size or be sexy or impress anyone. I just want to feel better. And I do. I hope my journey can help you and I send all of you positive thoughts.

Oh my god. I have been doing yoga for more then 5 months, every day. And i feel like today was something that cane straight from heaven. Literally. Thank you Adriene. It was awesome in the very literal meaning of this word. I don't think I will ever forget what I experienced today on the mat. I just love you. Thank you ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❤️

Sometimes it's such a relief to be told to STOP all the effort and just take care. I always imagine that if I am not desperately trying, then nothing good is happening! Adriene's reassurance seems to give me the justification I need for the self-care. And now I'm thinking how odd it is that I need justification....

The other day I saw someone commenting that they like to refresh the page at the end of their yoga session to see how many people had watched the same video, so today I did the same. It felt good knowing 11 people did yoga with me today, the same practice at the same time, all around the world. It made me smile :)

I can't believe I'm here. This is the third time I've attempted your 30 days of Yoga and I only got to Day 5 or 6 each time because...maybe I just wasn't ready. I was impatient, I wanted toned arms and legs. I didn't understand that this really really isn't what it's about. It's about Dulce. Like you said. Thank you. Thank. You.

I love that with your yoga Adrienne “we find what feels good” there isn’t such a pressure to kill ourselves to be in shape but ironically daily practice leads to a better body and mental health. I seriously couldn’t imagine doing yoga with anyone else! Namaste!

DAY 16: Dulce-- Thanks for a sweet session of soft and subtle moves. Each moment was sincerely appreciated! The softening of the motion brings about great strength!
