Like these workouts. Minimal equipment (body wright/ DBells /kettlebells makes it easy to do in hitels/backyard sun etc).
Cant figure out the accrnt. Eastern Europe?

Hey, would it give the same effect if I do squats instead of Lunges. (Lunges are SOLID)

it's weird. Somehow counting to 10 for five sets seemed easier than counting to 50. So much of working out is mental. I can easily run 5 miles but staying on a treadmill for 50 minutes is painful.
