This is a 10 Minute Inner Thigh Workout that will help you lean out your thighs and tone your inner thighs. The exercises include leg lifts, inner thigh lifts and all exercises that engage your inner thigh parts. I used 2kg ankle weights on each side and focused on slow and controlled motions for a real big burn. Combine this 10 minute workout with my other thighs and slim thighs workout for better results.

This is my first visit to this channel. What I don't like is that the countdown timer includes switching from left to right or right to left. I think that people should be given a few seconds to change positions before the timer is restarted.
