Thank you for your workouts. Even though I am not 50 I follow your workouts and is the only thing that works for me. I am obese and since I gain so manny pounds every exercise I did in the pass hart my body and I couldn't do it anymore until i found yours.

Thank you so much for this! I know this is supposed to be for 50+, but I'm 23 and have chronic illnesses, FND and PPPD. They severely affect my mobility, balance and lots of other things. I've gained a lot of weight where it has stopped me from working out and has also made my muscles and joints really weak. I just tried this and it was perfect! Perfect length, made me work but not too hard, and didn't up my symptoms! Thank you so much, I hope I can continue to do this at least once a week from now on xx

I was doing my morning routine the morning stretch, toned arms, and leg workout and I was just saying to myself it would be great if she came out with another leg workout video and low and behold I got a notification that you just came out with this one!! I just ddI this one too thanks so much for this video I love the variety you have to offer and I switch things up everyday! I have been working out with you now for 2 weeks and me and my husband have noticed that I am getting toned up and stronger!! Hello Schellea, my husband and I began exercising last week and my doctor suggested that I begin stretching every morning to start my day. I tested several videos and out of all of them, I truly enjoy the way you instruct adding positive affirmations you bring daily. I am on a mission of losing at most 30 lbs and it is my goal to lessen the medications I am taking today. 👍👍👍I did this after deciding it's too early to stop moving(for the day.) (Well of course for my life, too!)and this 5 minute miracle reminded my body i neither am, nor ibtend to be, 'frail' any time soon. Just don't ask me how much I did(not) stay on my toes for those side-steps😊 Thanks also Schellea, for including that lovely background, 👍👍👍

Hi Shelly, I don't know how this workout showed up but I love it!!!! This was the first one in your series that I worked with and LOVE doing this exercise because (1) it's working on my 64 year old body, and (2) I love the Italian music! I've had aches in my left hip but after a few weeks of every other day using this video, I'm pretty much pain free and stronger! Your videos are truly an inspiration and fun. I enjoy mixing them up and look forward to my workouts every morning. Me and my body thank you!!!!
