Am enjoying your Pilates! Weights have been my go to for years but trying some new things and the Pilates is actually challenging which I was not expecting. I do like that you explain everything. You made mention on one of your segments that you have had multiple stomach surgeries. I have a question, I have had seven children and have a pretty bad distasis recti which I have been told I need surgery for. Surgery Scares me to death! The thought of someone cutting into my skin is just a bit more than I can handle๐Ÿคฎ. Do you feel surgery should be avoided if possible or is it something you would do if it were you?
