Just a thought: feeling anxiety in a relationship may not be because of the person. It could be because you're fearful of being hurt, betrayed, etc due to past trauma. That's what I'm going through. But my partner accepts it, and he wants to help me get past my trauma in any way I can. That's what makes the difference.
