Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact "flow" type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. You're so underrated it's unfair! I just found you channel and I'm IN LOVE! I'm a beginner and other channels usually make me feel bad about it as I think they're just trying to show off but you, my queen, you're the sweetest and the positivity these videos create is amazing. Keep up!!

i have chronic back pain so a lot of these workouts don’t work for me and actually make me feel worse. yours is perfect, just the right level of impact that i don’t injure myself working out

i’ve never done pilates before but i’ve been wanting to get back into shape a bit and i’ve heard so many great things about pilates so i decided to give your 10 minute beginners video a try a few days ago, and i just did this one and i’ve been having such a good time with it! i absolutely adore your positivity and how motivating you are, i haven’t always had the best experiences with workouts and people teaching me how to exercise, so this is brilliant, thank you! can’t wait to try more of your videos once i’ve got the hang of it a little bit more!🥺
