Doing this for one month already and i can say its very effective my waist become 28 from 31. So good to do this challenge, thanks Susana Yabar..😘

1st day: i started today (8 August 2019), it was too hard but i'm pretty sure i'll end it and hope it works 😌👍🏻

2nd day: it becomes easier, liked it 😍👍🏻

3rd day: i was feeling a little pain from yesterday workout, and get tired in 3rd set but i did it 😌👍🏻

4th day: it much easier than before ; i'm feeling it and really excited to the result 😍😍

5th day: half of the challange has done, i think the other half won't take same efforts 😍😍😌👍🏻

6th day: i really feel it so hard in my stomach muscles 😍 today is done ✔

7th day: i don't believe that only 3 days left ; it went fast 😭😍❤❤

8th day: i did it ; easy easy guys😍😍❤❤
2 days to the final result and i already see it 😍😎👍🏻

9th day: i did it like I'm doing nothing 😍
kidding🤣🤣
but it becomes easier each day 😍👍🏻

10th day: i did it then i looked to the mirror and it seems like it got a little extra shaped;
so i taked a look to my before picture and it's really a big difference 😭❤❤

result:
it's really make my stomach slimmer and shaped exactly like what i want 😭❤😍😍
i love it and i think i will trust in susana's challenges much more 🙈😍❤❤👍🏻

i feel the result was worth it, so i decided to complete another 10 days challenge with 2 kg legs wights 💪🏻😎

Edit (15 October 2020):
i stopped working out for along while, and i have started working out today doing this challenge video; so i don't know if i would complete the 10 days or not; hoping i will 🙏🤓

1st day: i did it with too much efforts but i did it anyway 😎👌👌

2nd day: i thought I won't do it today; but thank god i did it again😍👌
i felt pain from yesterday workout; but it didn't stop me and i did the whole vedio with nonstop for even a second 😍😎👌

3rd day: i stopped cause of the ad; but again i did it; there is nothing i can't do it 💪💪😎😎

4th day: i did it with a new gloves it was really helpful; i dont feel pain like days before 😍👌👌

5th day: no pain at all; the ads distracted me but i did it with a better performance 🤓👌👌

6th day: it was easier 😎🤓😍👌👌

7th day: i thought i won't complete it; but look only 3 days left 😍😍👌👌

8th day: even if i did it late but i did it 💪🤓👍

9th day: i did lots of works today; but i did it🤓 cause it get easier every day 😍👌

10th day: aaaannndd i did it alll 😍😍😎😎💪💪💪💪

Hi ! Susana !! You are amazing !! I follow you for very long...I am a very big fan of you..just wanted to give one feed back while following the video the advertisement come during the plank and other exercises where we are unable to move and "skip the add" that really disturbs in the middle of such a warm session

And for this sacrifice i can feel my change..
In exercise or diet one thing is important that thing is constancy..

Became stronger overtime 💪🏾... I did not follow this routine completely. I switched planking styles to get through the 10 min.
I included side planks for example

Great workout I sweat everytime!!

I started it yesterday. Frankly speaking it's tough and I faced some sorts of pain such as muscle pain, back pain etc. But I hope it will be effective. Hope for the best. Thanks Susana. <3

This workout I already did it 2 days and it totally work for me this because my routine everyday diet, evening plank 4 minute workout and night time plank workout for 8 minute 😊😄

This is my 8th day.. the 4th exercise becomes difficult for me after doing the first three effectively.. but somehow I kept on trying. Thank you so much, , it really worked. Not only this but your other workouts are also commendable. Kudos to your talent. 😘😘 Love from India 🤗

For the ones who are trying for abdominal fat loss.. must try this. I lost many inches and also my arm muscles are getting a good shape.. I am gonna keep this exercise in my routine even after 10 days challenge gets completed. I know some of you must have diet related questions. To be frank, I am not eating any junk or fried food even at home. I am having a balanced diet and green tea in empty stomach. It is really doing wonders. Always keep fruit as essential 😊
