While there is research that supports possible benefits and some people enjoy it, in my experience with patients and nutrition clients, hyper-nourishing your cells with the nutrients they use to repair themselves is superior to fasting for disease reversal. I’m transitioning from a Keto & intermittent fasting style into plant-based veganism. Taking methods I learned via Keto (like IF) and incorporating them into my plant-based journey is helping me to attain similar, on the verge of becoming better results, cognitively & physically.

Fasting is a great tool, but research on how to properly do it should be done beforehand.
