I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. The dentist will take a look also. My dental insurance covers most of it. I have a history of not taking care of my teeth and have spent thousand of dollars on dental care over the last 40 years.
The smart thing to do is get teeth cleaning and dental checkup at least twice a year.
