that’s not your phone being hacked. that would be that your icloud was “hacked” if it even was. “hacking” into someone’s icloud would be fairly difficult. if there were more devices under that list, they are probably your old phones or someone else’s phone you signed into.

so if someone did get into your icloud, more likely by getting/resetting your password than hacking, you would need two-factor authentication to log in and the owner of the apple id would get a notification. most apple id’s have 2fa unless they are old or have not been updated. if someone still got past that, you would get an email about the signed in device as well as a pop up notification on your phone.

and lastly, it is extremely uncommon for an iphone itself to get hacked. iphones are very high security and would not usually allow anything to override its security measures or download anything onto it. i’m no expert on that, but i have heard that iphones don’t really get hacked.
