These Almond flour and egg yolk low carb noodles are so easy to make.
You do not have to be on keto to benefit from eating these healthy noodles.
I have tried so many keto noodle recipes like shirataki, spaghetti squash and this has been the best!!!
you can save the egg whites and use them in other recipes like cloud bread.

I make a very similar pasta, although I’ve never thought of using it for ravioli, when rolled ultra thin, it works well for lasagna. one thing I’ve found that helps is to let the pasta dry out for around 3 hours before cutting. Makes it easier to separate and improves consistency of the noodle.

Omg, thank you for this recipe! I’m so going to use this to make sauerkraut and mushroom pierogi (Polish rendition of ravioli). Just when I thought keto couldn’t be any more flexible. Thank you, again!

I wonder if you added nutritional yeast into the dough it would give it that taste I will try... I know "Perfect Keto" has came out with a keto mac n cheese I'm hopeful they will make other noodles also

⁷good job...will make these tomorrow..some time people forget to use commonsense...I think Italians make egg noodle too and stir g them to air dry...I might be wrong...

Lovely recipe ! I live in a country where xanthM gum or the other sweetener is hard to find and they might b too pricy for me. What would b the best subs for those ? Can i use palm sugar or coconut sugar instead ? They're more affordable and easier to find in most local markets here. Thanls for sharing n 💟 from Indonesia 🇮🇩🌷

My dough is too crumbly to come together to roll out. Should I try another yolk or???

OK adding a 5th now. 4th helped but not enough.

I'm using regular not hulled almond flour...whatever it's called. Maybe this is why my experience?
