I am definitely going to give this a try. I love to cook, but it presents a problem at the moment.

I'm kind of bedridden at the moment. Members of my family who can cook either are easily stressed or don't pay attention to instructions very well.

But we are all on keto and as everyone knows, pasta is something you miss. I put a wrench into things, I have a nut allergy to all nuts. So this recipe is a God send! I've worked with almond flour before (allergy is new). But finding it hard to get into coconut flour.

I really want the chicken parmesan or stroganoff tonight.

I've made this as I thought of it as soon as I started keto 3 weeks ago when I knew I couldn't have regular flour...its great...will try yours too...with mine Iake a bowlin the work surface but prb tastes the same

Hello Janet, do you have any macros on this recipe in terms of carb count? I see from the printed recipe that it's considered two servings. So why not use the whole egg but just yolks? Would this dough work with one of those pasta presses (the kind that you load dough in a tube) that makes spaghetti noodles? Thanks for the video.
