Hi. I'm here from the Keto Twins. I made these last night and used them in a seafood alfredo-type sauce. The whole dish was delicious and the noodles just plain are savory tasty. I did not find them eggy at all. They're not exactly like pasta but will definitely do. Now I've got visions of tuna casserole, lasagna and enchiladas dancing in my head. Thank you!

3 tablespoons ground pork rinds = 44 grams
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese = 5 grams
4 tablespoons cream cheese = 59 grams
3 eggs = 150 grams

3 tbs ground pork rhines
1 tbs parm cheese
4 tbs cream cheese
3 eggs
(Preheat oven 350°)
Grind dry ingredients together. Blend in eggs and cream cheese. Spread thinly on a silicone mat. Bake for 8-10 min or until edges begin to crisp. Let it cool to the touch, remove from mat, roll up the dough and slice to desired thickness, trimming the browned edges.
Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.

I have used this recipe for four different meals. Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Noodle soup and Mac and cheese. I found the noodles taste 'eggy' unless covered in a strong sauce. I tweaked the recipe a little. When I doubled the recipe, instead of using 6 eggs, I used 2 whole eggs and the equivalent of 4 eggs using the liquid egg white from the carton. The noodles performed exactly the same as with the whole eggs but were less eggy tasting. Thank you so much for this recipe.

I made lasagna for dinner yesterday with your noodle recipe (I just cut each in 2 rectangles the size of the pan). It was a huge success. Nobody noticed it was not a conventional lasagna noodle! Thank you so much for this fantastic recipe!! It was the easiest thing. Mixing 3 ingredients in the blender—8’ in the oven and you have pasta!

I love cooking, I love baking, and honestly, I think that makes eating this way so much harder for me at times! I threw together a creamy chicken soup this evening with leftovers, but really needed to add noodles to bulk it up - you are the hero of the dinner tonight! The kids all said they could tell that they are different than what's normally in front of them, but they really liked it, and so did I and my husband! Thank you!

So they taste less eggy, if you have a food scale that measures grams, 3 eggs is about 146 grams, I pour in about 140-146 grams of liquid egg whites instead, leaving out the egg yolks ❤️👌😊

Thank you!!! As someone on the carnivore diet who misses pasta, this is an amazing find! I have seen other vids where odd ingredients that I have no other use for are needed and also not truly carnivore, like different types of flour, etc. But these ingredients are perfect and simple and as a carnivore, as I always keep pork rinds around, as it's really the only "snack" you can have on the diet. I also keep cream cheese to make "cloud bread", another simple item I miss, which allows me to make "buns" for sandwiches without different kinds of flour, egg white powder, gelatin, etc, that has no other purpose.

Made my first batch of these noodles a week ago and put them sliced up in the fridge waiting for the right time to try with a good homemade marinara or soup. FINALLY tried these with homemade marinara with chicken... OH MY ... These are awesome! I am so glad to have a keto pasta recipe I can make ahead and have pasta whenever I feel like it . Thank you.

I just made these noodles today! I’m going to use them to make carnivore shrimp Alfredo tomorrow! I can’t wait to try these. I cooked mine on a smaller sheet pan so they aren’t as thin but they look good anyway! Thank you Anita for all that you do!!!

I made these noodles. I’m excited about using them in dishes!. I did not have the right cheese so I used a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella. I don’t have a large oven so I used my air fryer (it’s a square one) I spread the mixture onto my parchment paper lined air fryer tray, and it worked great. Thank you. I’ll be making these again.

Great recipe idea. My sister gave me about 60 duck eggs from her farm. The whites cook up a bit firmer cooked than hen eggs, the yolks are larger but have far less egg taste, rather mild actually. Think they will work fantastic for this recipe.
