Flexibility and Mobility Workout (20 min)

As promised we have a flexibility and mobility session for you today, we posted on our instagram (theleanmachinesofficial) a time lapse of a similar stretching session and you guys really wanted us to create one for you.

The benefits of this type of workout is increased
range of motion which will help you maintain good posture and techniques throughout a range of exercises and motions. It will also help your day to day comfort and reduce your risk of injury.

If any of the stretches are too hard either revert back to a previous stretch or try not to go so deep into the stretch.

Good video guys! I spent a good 1-2 years stretching everyday and it did wonders for my health, it's why I also made a video detailing my own full body stretching routine. I think that most people would benefit a lot more from ditching a hard gym session and hitting a good parasympathetic stimulating yoga or a stretching session instead :)

This is one of my favourite stretching videos. Your honest voice, no nonsense chat, the music, the simplicity of your routine. It's addictive, which isn't at all bad for a stretching video. An upper body/back one from you in the same style would be amazing!!!!

Genuinely didn't think I would find this as relaxing as I did, but on the last stretch I could feel myself falling asleep! Definitely going to use this as part of my night time routine.

I’ve tried so many stretch routines but this is by far my favorite. I think part of it is that you sound like DanTDM someone I used to watch a lot growing up, so it calms me more than usual 😅

I trained Aikido for about five years and these flexibility workout techniques we used to do them as warm-up. They make your body more relaxed,  supple and quite easy to execute movements more fluidly, from the most complex martial art techniques or moving heavy loads to something as simple as sweeping the floor or wiping a table surface. Thanks for this fantastic - and my favourite kind of - workout and video, mates.

This is, by far, the best stretch workout I have come across. It targets all my tight areas and forces you to hold the stretch until it starts to loosen. Great job, guys!
