What’s up friends!

Here’s something for those who wanna stand taller and prevent hunchback posture. (rounded shoulders) This is definitely the perfect daily posture routine for you. And I challenge you to make this your 14 DAY CHALLENGE!

in this workout routine we gonna be working on our upper back strength and mobility. Meanwhile, we’ll be working pretty much EVERYTHING! We’re targeting butt, thighs, back, and arms.
I promise you that once you are done with DAY 1 - You will immediately feel how your shoulder blades are pulled back and you stand taller naturally.

The video is full length as always, which means you can just follow along with me. And if you need an extra break- just pause the video for a moment.

Love it!! Something Im having a hard time finding is more “ Standing cardio” just general jumping around less burpees and push ups would love to see some good constant cardio sweat sessions when we cant get outside to run :)

Just started it! Have occasional back pain due to poor posture and mild scoliosis. Can't wait to see the results!
Edit: Just completed 2 weeks! Feels great and I do feel slightly stronger posture wise and with respect to back pain it's been better. Will keep this up for a month to see results!
