A couple of years ago I was able to reverse insulin resistance, type two diabetes and lose 85 pounds via keto, clean eating & increased weight training. I never took any of the 3 side effect riddled medications my doctor wanted to put me on as he did not believe I’d be able to correct it on my own 👍🏼

My diet is basic.
HB eggs
Grapefruit
Cottage cheese
Cucumber
Radish
Sirloin
Green beans
Occasionally a baked potato.
V8
Grapefruit juice
That's it everyday.

I am a male 61 year old with T2D! Every morning before I go for my 50 minutes regular jugging. I take a glass of water with ACV plus lemon.
My before and after glucose is 99 and 145 can you please explain why this happening and what do I need to do to prevent it from happening again thanks?

Great information! Now how about a demo on recipes for using these. Like macadamia nuts? 1/4c as a snack? 1/2 cup over grilled salmon. Information is great but a useful way of using these ingredients may be better.♥️

Oatstraw infusions are amazing for magnesium and it’s paired with sodium so you won’t lower sodium levels from the magnesium like you would supplementing isolated magnesium. Most don’t absorb well anyways. Also nettle infusions are amazing for trace minerals

Resveratrol extract, high potency, 2x a day, was the strongest benefactor in a medical study of re-sensitization of cells to insulin. Magnesium, preferably high-absorbability forms like citrate, also helped by 'binding' glucose and sugars to the surface of cells, awaiting a carrier (insulin or Alpha Lipoic Acid). Ginger extract also helps re-sensitize cells.
