I have read a great deal — including many academic articles that denounce Keto and low carb— I love your videos and follow academic articles on keto — but there aren’t that many that are positive — I’m 70 and have been keto or very low carb for a while — I had been diagnosed with ‘severe’ arthritis— the pain has diminished significantly and I am feeling better. Sadly, I’m told frequently that I will become osteoporotic etc. etc. I wish there was a way that we, the public could enable these ‘scientists/nutritional experts’ to re-investigate their stance — They are posting negative views all over the Internet! And, friends, sadly, have chastised me, re my choices and also medics --- although it is obvious I am feeling and looking BETTER. I’m getting pretty low re these articles/ statements/opinions--- simply because I have chosen a way to eat that makes me feel better.
Any + advice is acceptable. Best wishes from Scotland.
