When Joelle suggested to lay with my back down I immediately had a bad thought “oh no, I might have to stay laying here waiting for my partner to come back home to help me up”. This is how bad my sciatic pain has been for the past 7 years. Every time I lay down I have such excruciating pain that sometimes I feel like the wrong movement might make my leg not work anymore. It’s terrible.
After this 10 minute video, I was able to get up without any pain or discomfort after so many years. I felt so emotional that now I’m writing this. Thank you so much for sharing 💕

My sciatica pain was so bad I was walking like an 80-year-old. I did this video and didn't even get through all of it because of the pain. Never morning, the pain was only at a 15-20%. Nothing else had helped this much! Simple yet amazing!!!

After a month of doing this routine religiously, I want to tell this with immense joy and happiness that my sciatica nerve pain is gone completely.

I'm a volleyball player and since the age of 16 I have slipped discs and sciatica nerve pain.

I'm 33 right now and I can move freely after almost 16 years. I pledge to do yoga regularly for lifetime.

This was amazing! I'm actually a fitness instructor (HIIT & Weights) and have had sciatic pain for about a month which, when exercising, is agony. My friend recommended yoga, and after this, I could almost cry because it's the first time in what feels like forever I can move around without pain. Thank you <3
