I am a member of mindvalley and I really love your meditations. I listen to confidence meditation in the morning, bliss meditation before sleep and relaxation in noon. I request you to please create affirmations meditation in your soft voice to listen while sleep. I am really grateful to you. I am a big fan of Paul's Voice.

actually i am confused.
while visualizing a scene in which we are involved, do we have to look at the screen as a third person and watch ourselves there on the screen or see the visualization and the going scene as 1st person ?
kindly someone solve my confusion.

This was very good for relaxation. I actually realized how many of my muscles were under tension and I didn’t even know it until I started letting go. Just one thing though….the sound needs adjustment on this video Please? Paul has a very nice deep voice but there is some reverberation that made it hard to get everything he was saying. Please check it out? Thank You Mind Valley!❤
